INGENUITY ist ein Doppelsicht-Sensorsortierer. Er ist mit Visible Color und NIR-Technologie (Near Infrared)
ausgestattet.
Das System erkennt Erdklumpen, Steine und grüne Kartoffeln in ungewaschenen Kartoffeln und bei gewaschenen Kartoffeln identifiziert es auch faule Produkte und Farbfehler. Dank der Konfiguration mit 100
Kanälen ermöglicht INGENUITY eine Kapazität von bis zu 100 t/h, für eine große landwirtschaftliche und industrielle Produktion.
Die Maschine ist in einer 2-WEGE- oder 3-WEGE-Konfiguration erhältlich und das Auswurfsystem besteht aus mechanischen Fingern aus einem speziellen, hochresistenten und abriebfesten Material.
